DCC Throttle

Right now the keyboard commands to increase/decrease the DCC throttle do it in steps of 5%. Is there a keyboard setting that would allow me to increment/decrement the throttle (DCC throttle) in 1% steps? I know the mouse would do fine tuning, but I'm looking for keyboard controls only.
