Locomotive Controls Duplicated in User Interface

Hello,

All of a sudden all my sessions have a duplicate set of engine controls in the lower right corner. The second panel is icons only for the various engine controls depending on the control mode. How do I move or hide this panel? I like to switch between DCC and Realistic Mode when trying out a new locomotive and am unable to do this now as the icon panel is sitting directly over the buttons to switch between modes.

Additionally, I occasionally have a second window by the clock that I think is showing performance stats but am not certain as it is always in Cyrillic. Like to turn that off also....

Any help would be appreciated.

The only possibility that comes to mind is that the unusual display objects have been added by Session Rules. Check your Session Editor to see if there is anything unusual or unexpected in the list of added rules.
