Search the forums for topics dealing with Firewall and Security software settings, look for posts about settings. Use Firewall then Security Software as keywords. Also check all instructions for such software, if that fails contact the software provider. You probably need to allow some type of permissions for the website source of the images, in this case Trainz Eastern Routes page.
