Customising Locomotives

I saw on a website that someone had got 3 locos and "painted" them with different colours and titles. It looked really cool, so does anyone know how to do this?

The process of which you speak is called "re-skinning". I am sure that if you undertake a search through this forum using that term as a keyword, you will keep yourself fully occupied reading the information at your fingertips for the next millennium..

EDIT: I have found nothing for TS2010. Therefore I still don't know how?
