As for the name, yes it is too long.
I select a major "hub" city, near the middle of the route, or a bridge route between two junctions, and name the lines you wish to feature, for example NS&CSC Raleigh, NC, and let the prospective users figure out the rest.
I have to finish visiting the Forum Community, so if you want check out the Download Station for (kuid) 50912 (fishlipsatwork), to see if there is a ready made DEM map, for terrain features of your particular area.
The map is bare, hills and dales, but has lines for railroads, waterways and streets. You'll need to download HOG textures to view these from fishlips website.
Open the compressed(.zip) folders, go to C:/Program Files/Auran/TRS200x/World/Custom, create a folder called ground, and open the HOG files to this location.
