Copyright Question

I just bought TANE Platinum Edition Bundle from the trainz store and I have a question for the admins. as some of you may know, me and my brother use the same account and have different computers. would it be legal to both of us to install it?(we only bought one copy and we both helped pay for it)

You can legally install the software on a second computer as a backup, but not for someone else to use.
