contents for cars not working

The content for car was working in surveyor and in driver, I don't know if I changed a setting or what, but I can no longer change the contents of cars.
I get a properties tab but can not change.. HELP PLEASE,,

I just tested this in the same build (122411) and it is working as expected.

In Surveyor Classic hold down the Ctrl key and Right Mouse Click on a wagon then select View Details from the menu. Then click the button labelled Enable Editing. You can then edit the commodity setting. This obviously only works on wagons that are configured to carry loads.

In Surveyor Classic you can also open the Trains Tool, click the "?" and then click on the wagon. You may have to scroll down the window shown to see the commodities.

In Surveyor 2.0 use the Free Move or the Fine Adjustment Tool to select the wagon, open its Context Menu and select Edit Properties.
