Content manager unable to open CDP files for reading

Hello, I don't know if anyone can help with this but CDP content files I have downloaded from a Russian site come up with "unable to open CDP file for reading" in Trainz 12.
I have installed the same files into TANE successfully but the trains themselves don't show up and sessions don't run properly. They are designed to be installed in Trainz 12 so my issue is with content manager not being able to open them! Attached are some photos of the problem, I appreciate your help if possible.

The likely cause is the filenames. Some Russian items use symbols etc that some Trainz versions cannot understand so it may be worth renaming the offending CDP files to remove any non-English symbols/letters and seeing if that helps.
