Content Manager TS2009 Unable to Read Files

Very often, when I download files from the download station, they will not open in CM. There is an error and says it cannot be read. What cannot be opened seems to be random, like cabs or whole locomotives. I can even download the tender of a locomotive but can't download the loco itself.:( Has anybody heard of this?

If this is the red message at the bottom of the CMP screen, then the problem is on the DLS and not on your local machine. This is an indication that the content has been corrupted or deleted, but the information is still listed in the main database on the DLS.

The sad part is this usually leaves content broken, and the only way around it is to contact the developer, and or post up here on the forums what you're looking for. Hopefully someone can then help you.

If the problem continues, you might want to contact the Helpdesk and have one of the Auran guys look into the problem. They maybe unaware of a very important the issue that no one else has reported yet.
