Content Manager Error

Hello I hav been attempting to download some new items for trainz simulator 12 but to no avail I keep getting an error saying there is no connection to the ftp and I have tried downloading from the download center and even using filezilla to log into the ftp from there but nothing seems to work it seems like the download service has been shut down.

It seems to be working fine here, or it did earlier.

Who is your ISP? There have been issues for those that use Spectrum and AT&T with AT&T blocking access to the DLS for some unknown reason.

DLS Downloads working fine here, just checked it.

That's your problem. AT&T owns Spectrum now.

Contact your local office and complain loudly.
Contact your state attorney general and complain loudly about AT&T blocking certain websites.

If you purchased a first class ticket, you are losing your money, which may put this into a different light with your state attorney general.
