Compatability mode?

I've read a couple posts referring to "compatability mode". What is this, and where do I enable/disable it in TS2009?

To enable/disable it, press the menu button (top left), then go into options. You will find it at the bottem of the list.

It allows content that contains errors or was from a previous version to work with TS2009.

Thanks Nathan;
That will be very helpful, since I imported my route from TS2006.
I've also found that there is some content that wouldn't work in TS2009 as DL'd but when I DL into 2006 and then open for edit there, and import into 2009, it works. So I guess turning on compatability mode will solve that issue.

Yes it should, if it shows an error in the content manager it should still work in compatability mode. Someone might correct me if i am wrong

Actually, I was already set to compatability mode in my new install of TS2009.
In the old copy, I disabled the option because I thought it might improve performance.
