You need a First Class Ticket (FCT) to download stuff for TS2006 and lower from the DLS.

What is the asset ? It may be available on a non-DLS, 3rd party site, which is free.

Make sure it's activated, and try the password-change trick (going into your profile and changing your password - you can use the same one)

Try downloading directly from the DLS (Top of Page). Sometimes that works.

Sometimes items appear on the DLS website but are not updated on the CMP database. This makes the items appear in the download queue with a ? next to them.

Wait a day or two and try the same items again.
