I have been having trouble lately downloading on the CMP. I comes up and run fine and lets me upload 3rd party assets; however, it doesn't allow me to download assets of the DSL. For example, I tried to download a whistle off the DSL for a USRA 2-10-2 from steammachine.com. When I push start it say it's downloading but, the network speed "spikes" do not go across and it saying "Current Speed: 0.00 Bps". Any reason why its not working now? I've never had this problem until now....
