CMP and unknown location

Hi all,

Is anyone else experiencing a problem where all DLS content is showing as 'Unknown location' in CMP? It has been like this now constantly for a couple of weeks and means that I cannot use CMP to download anything. I have done a database repair without any change. If I try to download using 'Download Helper' from the Black and/or Blue pages when CMP opens the asset shows as having an unknown location so cant be downloaded.

I can use ftp links to download but this is a bit of a nuisance when I need to grab all the dependancies for assets.

There seems to be another server issue going on lately regarding that, but some items can still be downloaded as long as they do not come up as 'Unknown Content'.

Last time I had this problem, it wasn't the servers. The only thing that fixed it was an extended DB repair. Quick repair didn't do anything.

i used to have this problem a couple of weeks back. I had to reinstall Trainz to fix it, it could be your internet connection.

Thanks for the advice but if you solved it by a re-install why would you think that my internet connection is to blame
