Clicking seems off

Has anyone else in TS09 notice that during driver sessions, pointing and clicking on an item has become very imprecise? I find myself trying to query a piece of rolling stock but instead switch a junction or have to click in open space next to the item I want. Kind of a pain.

Yes, clicking seems off

Hi all,
I too have noticed that during driver sessions, when trying to view a certain diesel or one of it's cars, you can click on it like crazy and nothing happens. Sometimes, if you click on it to either side, far enough, you can get it to click on it properly. It seems pretty good at first, but after you've been playing for a while, it gets a lot worse. Many times it has caused derailments because a turnout will throw at the wrong time. Not nice.
Also, has anyone added the Airport Industry? Try right clicking on it during a driver session. It doesn't work at all. No menu item appears on a right click. A workaround I used was to download the Display Industries object. When you press the k key, it displays the status of all the industries. It's the only way I have found to tell how I'm doing at the Airport.
I hope Auran will help us out on this.
Cheers
Neil

I thought this was just because I'm using a trackpad now, but apparently not.
I had this issue in 06, but it does seem to be much worse in 09 :/
Placing trains has also become a bit of a pain, with it refusing to place something for ages then placing 2 or 3 at once.

Yes, this is a big issue, it's been raised in the TS2009 problems thread. I mentioned it in a Suggestion Boxcar thread (which was never published :( ), because it affects spline points in Surveyor, too.

I noticed the same problem, and also in surveyor I have a problem adding signals or speed signs to the tracks but I thought it was my computer.
Well we always have problems at first with all of the editions of trainz.;)

Hello

Guys you can report this issue on the TrainzDev forum to chris.

Regards

Ahsan:)

It's been mentioned in the Problems thread in TS2009, and I listed it in a rather long Suggestions post that was never approved, so will it actually be read if it's posted there?
