I'm needing a few assets from a very large dependency pack for the new Appalachian Central. None of the assets in the pack appear to be on the DLS. The pack is dependencies for a route that doesn't work in TANE. I only have TANE. So, most of the dependencies aren't useful for me at all.
I just need two:
<kuid:366297:100021> QHG Aria Small Depot
<kuid:366297:100056> QHG JR MS Lt Grey Tunnel
They seem to be quite important assets (without which the route will be significantly incomplete).
I don't see any "Preview in Content Manager" option in CM.
He did. Read post #5.
I admit, I did not read carefully enough, but, he doesn't say exactly what file he was looking in, to get the dependencies that I too need. I would use that tool on the big file too, if I knew what big file he extracted those two dependencies from...
How to do it? For me always extract individual cdp files only and never get a single cdp file with multiple сdp.If you select multiple cdp files to extract from a cdp file that contains a lot of them, it will extract them into one .cdp file that includes all those selected.
So i cannot extract CDP files to folders without Content Manager, do i understand it right?Folders cannot be extracted, only in CDP format.
Sorry Oldman777, I was mistaken, and you are correct. I thought I had done it before, but on trying it, what you say is true. How to do it? For me always extract individual cdp files only and never get a single cdp file with multiple сdp.
So thats means no. OkayIt's not that difficult. A CDP is a compressed folder with a format that only Trainz can handle and understand. If you want objects or trains in folder format, install them in Trainz and then edit them with the content organizer and you will have the folders.
