You can change the hight of any catenary object (not track attached catenery tho, if its in the object tab in suvayer then you'll be able to change the hight). Most catenery masts are longer than they need to be so they can be used for this reason.
I had to bodge some catenery for my UK Shoeburyness - Fenchurch Street route, the only approiate catenery was European so about half a meter too high so I lowered the lot and looks good. Watch yourself tho when electrifying a graident.

As Andy says, gradients are a problem when doing this. It's fine placing the spline point over the track splines and matching the heights but in between, there can be some wild variations.
There is a catenary height tool but this is no good for UK wire height. I've searched the DLS but can't find any alternative. If anyone knows of a UK height tool, I'd be grateful if they would let me know where it can be found.
