Can't Login and Server Full

Can't Login and Server Full (Problem Solved)

I renewed my FCT, activated it and it is ready to use, however. I get the "server full" message and I can't login to Auran help desk because I'm an Invalid Username or Password or both so I can't send a ticket.
I have done all the tricks to remove the "sever full" message and all have failed, so I have had to post here.
Forgive me for using up space for this problem.

The forum is reporting this as your first post for this account - it is reasonable to assume that you are not using the correct account. You must use the account and password that you used when you registered your Trainz serial number. To verify that this is or is not your correct account click on the link above that says serial number or click on User CP then on serial number. You likely will not have one with this account.

Once you establish what the correct username and password are, re-enter them into the trainz options and all should be fine after that

Yes, all 5 serial numbers are mine (2004, 2006, two for 2009 and 2010) and account info is mine and I have rentered my correct user name and password in the option area several times with no luck.

Sorry I took so long to get back, but I have been at work for the past several days.

I went through all the steps recommended and nothing has changed, sever is still full and can't log into "Help Desk" to send a ticket.
I triple checked my serial No.'s and log in info and it's me.

Any other thoughts?

Your login into the Helpdesk is the same login you use here and for Content Manager.

Try editing your login in CM, save it and try downloading again.

Note: If there's anything in your download queue that you had there previous to your renewal, this content will still download at the slow speed. Any new content after that will be at the new speed.

I want to thank everyone for the help getting my DL problem resolved. I have had this happen before and always been able to resolve it going to the option section and changing user name and password. This time I had go all the way to my profile and change it.
The good news is I'm up and running again.
