Steve,

For your FCT (First Class Ticket), you need to activate it in your Planet Auran account if haven't done that already.

In CMP, make sure your login information is the same as your login to the forums here and the DLS. Sometimes CMP takes time to sync up with the information on the Planet Auran server. To expedite the process, go into your login for CMP, and retype your login info and save. This will force CMP to update and sync up with the server.

When you download stuff from the DLS, it is not always comitted to the asset database. As a result, your new items are there on your hard drive under the Auran/Local folder, but the program doesn't see them.

Go to the Open for Edit tab, and look there. All of your recently downloaded files will be there. Press CTRL+A (Control and A on the keyboard) to select all, or go to the Edit menu and choose select all.

While in the Edit menu, choose Commit to record the downloads in the database.

To save this last step, you can setup CMP to download and autmatically commit new items once they're downloaded from the DLS.

Hope this helps answer your questions,

John

You can clear that message by clicking on it. It could be a broken link to the piece of content, which seems to be happening a lot lately. Auran is upgrading the server some point to improve the quality of the content so who knows what might have happened. We've also had some data corruption up there, and the original author has to reupload the item(s) again.

So my question is it everything you're downloading, or just one item?

Clear the download queue, and try another item to see if that works.

John
