Can't download

I have recently bought a new computer, I intalled my software (TRS2004) and it works great exept for one thing. The content dispatcher keeps telling me to register. I already am. I entered my user ID into all the areas that I have seen suggested by other postings. Also, the download helper wont even activate/load when I try to download something. Oh, yeah, how do I get SP2 for TRS2004? I have it intalled on my other computer. Any help will be appreciated.

and from what I have read in other posts, although I don't have '04, that Download Helper is only for 2006 and on for Content Manager Plus.
