Can't Decouple or Uncouple??

I drive a consist to a siding. I want to uncouple the engine and put it in the yard.
The Decouple instruction "dims" when I select it and does not select.
I can't install the Uncouple instruction. So unable to do any uncoupling.

Tried in old version of Trainz and was ok. Came back to 2022 and it was NOW OK here. Another oddity. Halloween is approaching so it is understandable....
