Can't access DLS. "server full"

You only require a First Class Ticket if one or both of the following is true:

1.You are using an unsupported version (Trainz Classics 3 or below)
2.You are downloading a lot of content and require a speed quicker than 4KB/second.

Be aware that there is currently a debate going on regarding point 1.

OK, I bought the Ticket for 3 months and activated it. I still don't seem to be having much luck downloading content from the station. I drag an object into the helper, it whistles at me, says downloading and a couple of second later beep beeps and nothing appears to have happened. When i go into Settings in the Content Manager under Internet to look at the First Class Ticket Status, it says "Buy Ticket". And shows nothing has been downloaded. I go to the Download Station website directly and it shows my ticket activated for 3 months from today. So what am I doing wrong??
