cannot download from download cart

recently installed trs2012. am registered,have first class download ticket, have activated ticket, I can put items into download cart but download manager says I need to re enter user name and password, but where do I do this. I can get into everything but it will not download into download manager. Can antbody help me out on this.

In Content Manager go to "File", then "Settings" and then to the 3rd tab called "Internet".
 
Make sure if you are using WIN 7 that you are running Trainz as Administrator. Your own log in is not actually an administrator level. You must right click on the Trainz icon and ask it to run as administartor. If you want you can go into properties and tick the run as administrator box.

Once you have the launcher menu up go back in and reneter your user name and password.
 
Ok did that, running as admin, when I went into file,settings and internet everything is in there. download manager still asking for username etc.
At the bottom of content manager there is a red bar that says:
Cannot find your Planet Auran account or you have not registered a valid serial number with Planet Auran. Please check that your Planet Auran details are correctly entered in the Content Manager

Depending on what box is coming up, it may be requiring your FTP password, which can be got from Planet Auran > FTP Details.

OK, it works now but have no idea what was wrong or what. I just went through everything and retyped in all the info as it was and now it works . Thanks for your input. Now to figure out the content manager and get it going. I think I should read up on it.
