That Herzog ballast train (founded by the late William E. Herzog) is at the Cresson Pa Rt 53 steel through girder bridge ... the upper 3 tracks go to the AR tower "Slide" Portage bore (there were originally 4 upper tracks) ... and the 2 lower tracks come from the 2 Galitzin tunnels UN interlocking
