Hello there.I have an old pc. But i have a doubt that can i run trs 2019?

Here is my configuration

Pentium e5800
Geforce gt730 4gb ddr3
6gb ram ddr3
Windows 10 64bit
Total video ram 7gb
Dedicated video ram 4.5gb

You'd better save money in order to get something workable. At least a 3050.

I think to run anything later than TS12 would be pushing things but if you already own TRS2019 give it a go. While its unlikely to 'successfully' run a detailed session, if it loads you may still be able to build small one board projects. Good luck, Peter
