Branch Signals & Junctions in TS2009

After I switched from TRS2004 to TS2009 I found that Jetstreamsky's LMS semaphore signals did not work correctly for branches, and that when I created a switch in Surveyor the lever is not automatically provided. I can't ascertain any error on my part, so I assume that's the way it is for the time being. Is that true?

The levers do come on automatically for me, I think it is a surveyor option.

Hi, Brickbuilder. Yes, there is an "automatic junction" option, but it makes no difference that I can see.
