Boxed Version Hard Copy Manual

Hello...I purchased the boxed version of Trainz Simulator 2010 Engineers Edition on the 8th from Fry's Electronics and saw when I opened the box that a physical manual is not included with the game. This is fine as I have been playing 2006 and am familiar with the game. I figure that an online version of the manual will be fine. But...due to needing the serial number to install the game (which I saw on this forum is located on the back of the physical manual) I am at a loss what to do. Before I return the game to Fry's tomorrow, I would like to know if the serial number is located anywhere in the boxed version other than the non-existant, hard copy manual.

As far as I know the serial number can only be found on the back of the manual.

I also bought the boxed version Trainz Simulator 2010 Engineers Edition at Fry's October 8th and there was no manual or serial number. I returned it today October 10th and was told all of Fry's shipments were missing the manuals and serial numbers and they were returning the whole shipment. That concerns me regarding any other off the shelf purchases of this product.
