BNSF50's Road car spawner problem

This is a major problem! I have a 4L road that has no traffic so I am using Car spawners in the title. In surveyor the roads are crowded with many cars, but in driver there are absolutely no cars at all! Help? Thanks!

If you have the map region set as default, then that's why. You have to set it in a country for region. If that still doesn't work, then I'll see what I can do.

Nope. I know it is set to US because I am using many MANY other roads (YARN) and they all have cars.
