big mistake on my part - new identifier and kuid

Hello everyone
I don't know how I did it, but I end up with a new identifier and kuid, although I have been a member of trainz since 2005/2006.
result, conflict between the identifiers and I can no longer open trs 2019 which I bought 1 year ago.
is it possible to correct this problem knowing that I have reskin in the DLS in 137413

Check your username and password in Trainz settings.

If that doesn`t help, contact Support. They might not be able to help you, but they certainly cannot if you don`t ask them.

If you do contact support, there's a possibility they can combine accounts so that you won't lose anything. They've done this before for others.
