One of my all-time favorite steam engines.............................................I'd love to see a PS-4 from JR or K&L Trainz.

Correct, that is deffo a "NO BRAINER" :hehe: that's a pollutant :D

You had to go and say that didn't you? FYI just about every vehicle save for an electric train or a bicycle pollutes the air. The 4449 is better looking than Flying Scotsman and Mallard, that's for darn sure.

I'll have to live with the fact that I will never understand American locomotives... Most (but not all) of these I wouldn't call beautiful and one would even put in the ugly thread...

So clearly we have different opinions on what locomotives are "pretty". Now to get this forum back on track with New Hope Valley's 2 Vulcan steam locos, Cliffside 110 and NHV 17.

That little German (correct me if I got it wrong, i'm no expert on foreign engines) steamer looks interesting, they sure don't mess around with lights though!

You are entitled to your 'OPINION', as am I, we will just have to live with the fact that they are opposits. :)

And on opposite sides of the Atlantic ocean as well. Can't quite build rails across that much distance and on water to boot, eh? Looks like the British engines will be forever confined to the other side of the pond!:hehe:
