Beeping & slow keyboard.

Problem?
My Keyboard ahs started beeping now & again when typing.Was in Surveyor this morning & arrow keys refused to work tried to type in an objects name & nothing. Then after a while it was ok again.
Some times when typing nothing appears the after a while it just appears as though it is time delayed.
Checked Sticky keys & their off.It's like something is running in the background & slowing things down but nothing shows up?

Any ideas?

It can be caused by either holding 2 keys down at the same time,by accident,or its a warning that your keyboard is about to die.
