Apologies if these have been asked and answered many times before (I did search the forum but didn't find an answer).

I am really struggling with a number of things that ought to be obvious (or that probably are obvious but seem to escape me). and this is the first:-

I am looking at kuid:217096:30027 ("CGR clerestory 1st 3rd compo 1903")which I downloaded but which has the nasty red-splatter icon indicating a problem and which has all these kuid variations

This is with TRS 2009.

Another problem I have comes with Surveyer where I have enormous difficulty with moving around any map I work with -- scrolling either doesn't work or goes at the speed of light and I disappear over the horizon, and rotating goes very fast and I am 'upside down' and cannot easiy get back. I cannot control movement and yet normally I'm reasonably adept with a mouse.

This is probably enough for one post -- thanks for any feedback

I am really struggling with a number of things that ought to be obvious (or that probably are obvious but seem to escape me). and this is the first:-
- I see different types of kuids -- kuid and kuid2 -- what is the difference? How woud I search for kuid2 in ContentManager?
 - I sometimes see negative numbers for the first numeric part of a kuid (like kuid:-1:42004201)
 - There is sometimes a third number part (so kuid2:2512:13:1)
