Bakersfield To San Bernardino

hi joe,
i' m very impressed on what you're doing
living on the other side of the world wandering how long is this route you are building
don't mind playing american routes

cheers,
patchy

-Well i want the whole route to go from san bernardino/colton to bakersfield 2 ways. 1 to barstow bnsf line and 2 the colton palmdale cut-off line to mojave. its going to be done in sections. 1st one is sbdo/colton to barstow! it will take forever but i work and test everyday!

-Now I know this is going to look weird but i don't have anything that looks like the mormon rocks unless i was able to use some of the stuff off of trainzitialia.com sherman hill route but this will have to do.

sorry it doesn't look like the real thing by the way! too much vegetation leads too bad frame rates and i suck at texturing! (and i have a decent computer!)

-Joe

:D:D:D

Whoa, cool!
Great work.

Would you please stop talking about that you suck at texturing?
Thats demotivational for people who do REALLY suck at texturing. Like me.

-I'm sorry but i honestly hate it. If i had a team of people working on this i wouldn't be texturing for sure. be a track layer or something. sorry again if i offended you.
-Joe

Texturing is a learning curve skill...it really is fun...practice makes perfect.

Kung Fu (old TV Show): "When you can snatch this pebble from my hand, Grasshopper...You will know, it is time...And I will purchase Trainz 2011, and a FCT".

-Coming down main 2.

-Even tho i had the draw distance up to 5000m it still ruined some of these pix :(

-EDIT: the last pic i think would of looked better if we could bank the track like it is in real life. (bank track like how u would roll bnsf50's crossings)

Holy Flipping what the.... that is AWESOME socalwb909!!:Y:

It might be the size of the screenshots, the quality, or just the content shown in the screenshots that makes this route the best Trainz has ever seen!;)

I congratulate you on your commitment to this route, I cannot wait to run it when it is completed. Many hours of fun to be had on this great route lie ahead.:)

Happy Trainzing, and I hope to see more creations like this in the future.
From Scott.;)

The screens and the route look really great. I seem to remember some windmill generators on the hills between Mojave and Tehachapi. Will those be on the route?

This route looks fantastic! I think you are an amazing route builder with a lot of talent and I wish you luck at this. :)

Keep the screenies coming (and be sure to back this up from time to time). I too am looking forward to this one. ^^
