Unfortunately, prior to TS12 if a route is deleted all you can hope for is that you either have an autosave available or an external backup saved of it.

I have TS12 and I boogered-up a session that I created and was tweaking over a long time. I have a copy of my TS12 folder on a flash drive but I can't find the location of the route sessions so that I can drop back and copy a version that is good.
