Is there an AWS rule like on TS2012 where there is an actual cancelling button you can press with the authentic sounds that is available on all trains for TS2010?

Automatic Warning System. Used on UK trains. It's an audible warning sound that give the driver info of what aspect the signal ahead is displaying.

Not quite.

It is a UK system, based on electromagnets in the track, that alerts the driver to a restrictive aspect of the signal in advance. If "clear" then a bell rings, for about 1 sec. If "not clear" - ie semaphore (home or distant) at horizontal or MAS at double-yellow, yellow or red - then a buzzer sounds until the driver cancels it. If it is not cancelled within 4 seconds the train brakes are automatically applied. It doesn't actually give info of what aspect the signal is displaying. Ok, so it's a bit like some of our automatic train stop (ATS) systems. I'm only tangentially familiar with some of the older systems, since none of my favorite railroads used them extensively. From what I remember, there was an inductive shoe mounted on a locomotive truck that would be excited by an electromagnet trackside if the train was traveling too fast or was somewhere it shouldn't have been. That would then trip a relay that usually required a manual reset from outside the locomotive.

I'm sure that some British routes and loco have this in Trainz. There is a big circle in the cab that changes color when the alarm sounds.
Track also have rectangular box on the sleepers.

AWS in Trainz was implemented in TRS06, so it should also be available in TS10. Search for name="AWS" and author="bloodnok" in your CM. If you've only got CM for TS10, it should show up what's available. I've got TS12 so my CM is showing the latest versions.

Edit:- I've just checked in my CM, all the AWS/Bloodnok items are built-in to TS12. There are "obsolete" items, dated April 2011, which I'm presuming are for TS10. Hope this helps.
