Is there an AWS rule like on TS2012 where there is an actual cancelling button you can press with the authentic sounds that is available on all trains for TS2010?

Not quite.
It is a UK system, based on electromagnets in the track, that alerts the driver to a restrictive aspect of the signal in advance. If "clear" then a bell rings, for about 1 sec. If "not clear" - ie semaphore (home or distant) at horizontal or MAS at double-yellow, yellow or red - then a buzzer sounds until the driver cancels it. If it is not cancelled within 4 seconds the train brakes are automatically applied. It doesn't actually give info of what aspect the signal is displaying.
