That's the QR EMU which run in Brisbane, of which there are two versions made by two different members available on the DLS - an older version for 04 made by Willamg, and a more updated version for TC1&2 made by Alby6. Just search the DLS for 'QR EMU' and you'll find them without any trouble (I just checked the DLS 'Black Pages' to verify and sure enough they're there.) :)

...if you have been following over at Victrainz, you will know I have been working on updating Peter's old PBR rollingstock and locomotives. So far this has included discs, markers, loads and groundplanes, as well as new smoke effects for the locomotives. Heres a teaser, please don't ask for them...

...a cross over at Katniss displays 4a on the way down with a special delivery crossing 17a with the afternoon passenger...

There's them, but that particular one in my screenshot is an update from Williamg, and are from trainz.luvr.net.
 
Oh but i'm not sure if i'll be able to get them since davido is makeing the V sets payware he might do the same with the 38s PaulzTrainz allready has payware 38s but Davido's look more realistic so there might be no chance of them being freeware I am not complaining about payware stuff i don't have a bank account
