Good Morning Everyone,

Well, I am very much impressed by the return of some Qld content on this fourm, maybe a queensland revival in the air like the good old days.:p
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the workshops of QGR-Trainz; a very very special locomotive to my heart has been built just for the Ipswich line and i have dedicated to my fellow collegues at QPSR whom I have a a heartful admaration for. This is a custom model in Gmax, both locomotive & tender were handmade from scratch NOT a remake of the Auran PB meshes. Let the drooling begin...:hehe:

Awesome work there Forest Runner, Could i please ask where the Platforms and the Pedestrian Bridge are from please mate. Keep up the great work.
Cheers Mick.

I'm not too sure about the footbridge, but it looks like it might be one of keimei's Japanese footbridge kits recently released on the DLS, but I'm not certain.

As for the platforms, they're Deadly's excellent modern NSW platforms, originally for 04, and easily available on the DLS.

...almost finished this end of the module...

G'day Mick,

Glad you like.

As covered, the platforms belong to Deadly. Just throw his name in as a search, and actually recommend you grab all of his gear. He's got about a dozen of so items in total.

The footbridge is a kit by Vlatas. The various items list a "K footbridge (item)." The various steps and supports are scenery objects and the top walkway is a spline.

The footbridge railings, I decided to go with one of the built-in "Footbridge Kit Side Lattice" splines, by tmz06003.

I found the footbridge can take a bit of work, but felt it all worth the effort.

Anyway, I hope this is of help to you... or anyone who wants to achieve a similar effect.

I actually like the appearance of Spooney's footbridge stuff, but I found the stairs were too high for the look I was after.

Thanks to all for the complements. We'll see how it develops, eh...

NSW Otford, 1990's...

.

FR, I can't fault the scenery, it's fantastic! The only nit I wanted to pick is that the hoppers you're using are too heavy for the track! You'd be better served with a rake of the Cardiff Workshops NHVF hoppers (provided they stay on the rails, that is).
