Good looking route you've got there, Matt :D The textures and trees clash together perfectly :D

Cheers

Thanks, glad you like it, although calling it a route is being rather generous.:hehe: It's only a single board at the moment, very much inspired by your recent shots.

Matt.

G'day!

A quick route using pofig's speedtrees which don't lag out my game! :hehe:

80

i thought i would just say that Colhad's 80 class has the correct shape but the drivers doors and windows are a bit oversized. if they were resized they would look alright.

Bill, if the quality of these matches your refrigerated containers, then we're in for a treat. Thanks heaps, they look fantastic!

They hav'nt been released yet,Willem2 has made the model and sent a copy to me to test and post few screenies to get some shots of the butterboxes.

They should be released soon hopefully so be patient.

8166 and 8128 lead a loaded cement train from Gwydong Cement.

After the 81s clear the line, CLP10, GM38 and 2216 lead a loaded rake of AHGX hoppers (don't get too excited, they're just reskinned VHGFs:hehe: ) towards the Manildra Group Flour Mill (it's a WIP) at Gwydong.

Thanks,
Mitch

Matt, that layouts looking really good mate, I hope you persist with this one. I know your pain, I did the "give up and start anew" thing up until last year, and I've been working on my current project for 10 months. It's pretty rewarding to realise you can drive for over an hour on your layout end to end!

EDIT: I'm wondering if anyone out there has any suggestions as to a modern workshop building (such as those found at Lithgow, Bathurst, Goulburn, Port Kembla, Cardiff, etc). I'm using the one below at "Linton" (using the track plan of Bathurst, more or less), but I've been looking for another model, but can't seem to find one. Can anyone recommend one or two? I'm not looking for something real-world, as long as it doesn't have any foriegn logos on it, or look too out of place on an Aussie layout. All suggestions greatly appreciated!
