Australian screenshots

Hi Stan, according to the data sheet plan the lower half breaches the footplate unless there is a later version, which knowing NSWGR there are probably 367 later versions

I would love to see the results of one of our Modular Maestro's attempts at a little bit of urban modelling, even if it is only one or two boards. It would be better than nothing.

Pretty please, for me?

*Edit* What is that viaduct, please, and also the silo(?) to left of shot?

Matt.

Matt, it probably won't even be a board where shunting action takes place. Initial idea was going to have the high buildings as boundaries with some cameras tucked in here... and not even bother texturing outside of it. Could also be opportune to mess with portals.

Texturing is my bugbear with this sim and it inhibits my motivation to route building. I truly $%^&@#!! hate it.

The viaducts are track splines... MB Bricked Viaduct. One I think is built in, but you can grab MB Bricked Viaduct 2 from the DLS.

The silo is part of Pete's McLeods Mill. That Pete fella certainly knows how to knock together some quality Aussie structures.

Oh, FR Dissapointing, it's got no textures:hehe:

Yeah I'm interested, maybe the through main could have over-head (Note to self, still got to show how to use catenary bridge)

Jamie

No pleasing some is there Jamie :p . Do you... or anyone... have a catenary recommendation(s)?? Having a browse last night left some options, of which I weren't really happy with.

Forest, i say go for it! If you can nail the outback look so convicingly, then with a little effort, i'm sure you'd be able to capture the gritty atmosphere of urban areas just as easily.

I have faith in you!:Y:

Matt.

The NSWGR Z26 saddle tank is available at Victrainz, look under content release announcements, dont forget dependencies, its made for 2004,but will probably work in later versions

You will need to be registered to download it
