Oh dear.... :( thats not good at all dreddman.
What about using your website to host them?
I would surely visit the QDR website to get them.:hehe:

if not you could always create a new one with Google Pages..

To be fair....

3801 heads up 3829 for a fast run South. Countryside is in really good condition after spring rains.
Hard to believe all this Country is soon going to be subdivided and home for a hundred thousand people.
The Class leader has just returned from an ARHS tour, and has been lovingly cleaned and polished by volunteers, who were hoping to save her from the gas axe, which was her future should their efforts have been in vain. Fortunately as we know, she was saved by forward thinkers.

Nice engines Peter C, in fact the whole consist is ad602000 models brought to you by VicTrainz.
Cheers
Rod

Doing a bit of advertising for Victrainz are you rod;)

Not exactly, my actual feelings were expressed elsewhere. Just wanted people to think before brown nosing, what their post says to others, fair enough?
Cheers
Rod
edit I was just reminded that I brown nose with the best of them, and as far as Cardiff goes that is so true, but I hope I have been careful enough not to tread on toes doing it ;)

@ davidO, try changing your env_metal to a grey scale image, then increase the colours to the highest(it will remain a grey scale colour) and save. That gets rid of the bluish/brown tinge when putting a high reflection on wheel surfaces and ends up much more realistic rather than the "burnt metal" looking finish.

cheers

Well, Rod, that should stifle any future comment on CWS screenshot posts in this thread.

Fine thanks David, I didn't realise that mine were being spoken about, strange though, mine are always well protected. I keep them in my mouth with the rest of my feet:hehe: Hope the tip is of some use, I stumbled across it a couple of weeks ago when faced with the same issue, I thought what would it look like without the blue and brown and bingo
cheers

May I suggest something to all and sundry, There are on the forums young folk who get really excited when new content is shown in this thread, probably a lot of older folk as well. Can I suggest that we read nothing more into comments of support or praise, than those comments being support or praise. Speaking for myself, if I was to get a bruised ego every time something was released by someone other than me, I would have given this all up some time ago.

Its a big country with lots of trains, there is no need for any of these comments from anyone. It's only a game so lets enjoy it.

cheers

Hi David,
Well I certainly hope not. :o
because that was not my intention. However we can still be excited by what we see here, and say it with a little thought for our other friends. I am no builder as you know, but I spent many hours researching some engines. The C38 started it all off when Marlboro first worked on it for us. I have never stopped hoping it would make it to the DLS for all to enjoy. I for one cannot thank Peter enough for surprising us all with his recent rebuild and release of his 4 models. I think they were a necessary improvement on his first model 38. I also think that it was pay back for all our hard work. I really was taken aback, when it was so easily dismissed by the few. I think my post shows that good honest brown nosing was not what I had in my sights, I just wanted to remind people that sometimes our souls are out there and they should not be trampled on carelessly.
ok call me thin skinned and get on with it, I have no doubt anything coming out of Cardiff will deserve all the praise heaped upon it ;)
Cheers
Rod

Thanks it did help Peter, I never worried about it too much in the past but it's more evident on big wheels.
I didn't think your toe's would be exposed....what with all that rolling stock around :D

Was at Melbourne last night and saw the 1800 Geelong goods about to depart so I thought I'd follow it. Here are the pics I took (Caption below pic):
TX2-MG-1.jpg

T379 and T375 depart Dynon Yard.

TX2-MG-2.jpg

Coming through Yarraville IIRC

TX2-MG-3.jpg

At Werribee (My Home Town ). Decided to chase it all the way to Geelong.

TX2-MG-4.jpg

Coming through Little River.

TX2-MG-5.jpg

Due to North Geelong Yard being 'Out of Service', The train had to be stored in the Geelong Pass Sidings. The train just fitted ;)

TX2-MG-6.jpg

The loco's again, after de-coupling from the train. We see them here at Geelong Loco, Shutdown (But a naughty person left the markers on :hehe:).

It's time to go home (19:00 by time we got to Geelong) but hopefully will catch the train tomorrow when it goes back to Melbourne. Will be interesting to see the loco power on it this time.

Cheers,
Tom :)

Geelong Loco calls driver T379. over....
Yeah its Jimmy here Geoff... so you are lacking power?

ok you have a running second engine? no alarms, ground relays?

Ok so its running, check for power, I suggest you check the load meter on the second engine, under power. My guess is you were hauling in reality 1340 tonnes and that would account for low speed of 65kph. Change the jumper cable, and if that doesn't work go and remove and replace the governor jumper, you might have a loose connection there.
Use the lay shaft and check the revs.
Turn the XX switches on and off, leave them on if they were off. Let me know how you go. If you cannot fix it at Corio I will get a changeover engine for the rest of the trip to Warnambool, stable the engines in the pass yard as we have shunters on strike in North Geelong.

Righto mate let me know soonest so I can organise that engine,
Geelong Loco out...
