Not much I can do about that sorry mate. Most sites are just full of ads and require accounts they spam with emails about enlargement surgeriesCan't see the images, imgur is blocked in the UK.
I use this one, like in the above post I made, does not require an account. I filter the ads.Not much I can do about that sorry mate. Most sites are just full of ads and require accounts they spam with emails about enlargement surgeries

Mate, I will always appreciate your content and the countless hours you have spend in creating them for Trainz over the years. As much as I appreciate everyone else's content both old or newHi everybody who takes the time to read this grumpy farts post
NO I am not getting back into content creation for Trainz and have no intent to do so at any time at present!!!!!
When I stopped creating for the Trianz world around 7-8 years ago I was getting so much flak as my old school way of content creation was outdated and not making use of all the new hi tech stuff now in the Trianz world environment and I quote ....." my 4-year-old could do better 50 class than yours".......
Ok so what am I missing? I have been looking for all that great NSW steam content and early diesels, either free or payware, and there seems to be nothing put out in the last 10 or so years. Is there not a new and improved NSWGR 40 class better than the 20 year old model out there????
What have I missed - where do I find the latest modern standard content ????

I expect comments like that come from those who haven't been down the path of creating any content at all. As someone who is still working on getting to that 'old school way of content creation' as a starting point, I certainly appreciate the output of yourself and others.Hi everybody who takes the time to read this grumpy farts post

Most of the items of NSWGR steam from ElStoko are just new versions with permission from mine and AD60s work - so that would have the C35 from Paul, the only new kid on the blockI expect comments like that come from those who haven't been down the path of creating any content at all. As someone who is still working on getting to that 'old school way of content creation' as a starting point, I certainly appreciate the output of yourself and others.
Having returned from an extended break myself, that output has given us a base from which to start testing our routes and sessions without having to resort to overseas 'substitutes' to get something to run.
To answer your question, I'd point to the work of Leigh Stokes (ElStoko) and Paul Hobbs (paulhobbs) of NSW steam era content that sets the current state-mostof-the-art.
top stuffWe have a 40-class in the works: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BopaW6LPT/
As for people who diss your work Dave, you get that everywhere you go, and they seem to always do no better themselves. That being said, there are heaps of good people around here who all support each other.
Dave, somewhere a now 12 year old Trainz enthusiast is very busy, still working on that better 50 class. Thing is, it takes a lot of work to produce something good. To produce something perfect takes exponentially more time. Its always a question of how good is good enough. That 12 year old may eventually upload something near perfect to the DLS. In the meantime your good stuff that is already there is being enjoyed by thousands. You told me something like that in the very early days of WeddinNSW when I expressed doubts as to whether it was good enough for circulation.Hi everybody who takes the time to read this grumpy farts post

I for one miss your contributions, although I respect your reasons for stepping back.
But this is a screen shots thread, so to keep on topic I give you... "Camera's in hand, Phil and Dave capture some unusual operations at Werai".
