QR Passanger on the Marburg Branch

Good Evening all,

It has been a long time since i've posted. Here's a new route of mine that i've been working on for some time. That route being the Marburg Branch. The route is based in the early 1960's. I hope you enjoy.

QR C17 963 rolls into Cabanda with a short passenger train, low on coal.

Rolling into Cabanda.

QR C17 963 briefly detaches from the train to move onto the "Coal stage" at Cabanda to be loaded with coal.

Departing Cabanda

Crossing a timber bridge on the way down the grade.

Passing through Perry's Nob

-Cheers

Hello All,

Been a while since I posted, but here is a little commission I am working on for someone which is part of scenery that comes from the Imbil/Brooloo Branch (Mary Valley Railway). All shall be available on the download station.

Here is something different - an interior shot inside a station building. The SMs office at Avoca Station on the Fingal Line in Tasmania.

The shot shows the safeworking equipment. The Ordinary Staff and Ticket box on the left and the Miniature Electric Staff Instrument and Bell Unit on the right. All three are fully animated (with sound effects for the MESI and the bell) and interactive. They also produce staffs or tickets (as commodities) that can be carried by drivers between safeworking offices.

They are available on the DLS. Download the two sessions "TGR Fingal Line 1955 Demonstration Session" and "TGR Fingal Line 1955 Morning Operations Session" to get all the necessary dependencies including the PDF manual (disguised as an asset).

The announcement thread with further details is in the Freeware forum.

That is terrific work pware. Don't know if anyone has thought of this before but is a great idea to have in the sim. IRL these are essential pieces of equipment. Well done.:Y:

Thank you for that but the praise for the safeworking tokens and associated equipment goes to ringarooma and elstoko. My contribution was to supply the layout, the HTML assets, one of the sessions, some reskinning and lots and lots of testing (and patience)

I'm not sure what the bogies where painted in the 1960s-1980s, so I painted it black and pasted Petes grunge texture over the black and set to 70% opacity, here's how it turned out.

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me where the bloody screenshots go in TANE? I've been told before and the place where I was told to go doesn't exist. Mighty frustrating when you cant just go to a folder marked "Screenshots". :/
I would take them in TS12 but the lighting is better in TANE.

Screenshots get uploaded to the Gallery in http://trainzportal.com

If you mean where on your HDD they are stored, then ..

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\N3V Games\TANE\build vkvdv2kp1\screenshots

Bogies are New South Wales Standard Guage (4ft8.5in), don't know what Workshop built them, lol
I've uploaded clean Black versions, there in processing and are for TS12 SP1 TB 3.6

Cheers.

Hi Jamie,

Started working on the loads, I'll be setting them up like container loads so they'll change between disc, spokes, roller bearing, plain bearing axles, red, black and dusty/dirty.
