its not the glass, it's the NSWGR cab colour of bilious green maybe we should tone it down a tad bear

Sadly yesterday was the final run of the Variotrams in Sydney, with them due to be removed from the depot today and tomorrow nights.

Hey all,

A screenshot from the 1850's, the paint colour is just a guess as no one really knows what they where painted, one source says in 1860 the Gov removed the name plates and put numbers on them so I guess they where some form of 2 tone Green.

M210 departs Lilydale whilst DD586 sits in platform 1 with an up Mixed.

A few days later, we see a DD class departing Lilydale while an M class waits in the back platform.

The driver of M312 gives a blast on the whistle before departing to Healesville with an excursion train on a cold wet autumn morning.

A short way out of Yarra glen, the train is seen crossing one of the many bridges in the region.

Having been held at the home signal, the M class steams it's way into Healesville.

Having arrived at Healesville, the M class gently simmers in the platform.

After being turned, the fireman shovels coal from the coal stage into the M class' bunker.

Looks great Jake, I love your scenery shots. I've never been great in that capacity, I've always enjoyed laying track.

I took a short video tonight of a 4 car T set passing at speed. I thought you'd all like to hear the running sound as it passes. I think you'll agree it is very realistic for a Sydney EMU.
