Australian screenshots

Do you have a link to the site where I can download the trees?

Cheers Cameron

All of Pofigs creations are here. Mostly Russian text though, But take your time and you can acquire all of his master pieces. But a downside, due to some people copying his work and taking the credit he has quit and these may go way of the dodo sooner than later, real shame!!!! refer link below for more info on that issue

G'day!

Just a narrow gauge GM Class passing through Farina. I know GMs were never 1067mm, but it was the best substitute for the NSU.

And some outback ruins based off some derelict foundations I observed just outside of the Leigh Creek Coalmine towards Marree.

3801 rounding through Mullet Creek enroute to Werris Creek.Cheers Cameron
I spy with my little eye.. one water gin.... therefore I assume a post steam era charter?? Is the gin empty and to be filled at Gosford or Broadmeadow to ensure the load up the Eastwood bank is within the 38 class load limit? In the steam era a 32 or similar was added to Hornsby if the load was close to the limit so the 38 could maintain speed.

Yes post steam era, Water Gin empty and to be filled at Broadmeadow, its a four day tour: Sydney to Werris Creek to Dubbo to Cootamundra to Sydney.

If you want to play historical re-enactments, the RTM did a Werris CK day return trip FEB 3 1973 without the gin. 3820 dept SYD 6:30am to Broadmeadow, non stop from Hornsby in 98 min for the 80 miles with the TT allowing 101 monutes. Consist FG BS BV HFV RBS BL BL to recreate a 1940s vintage express. 3801 from Broadmeadow after working light ex Enfield 2:27am and therefore serviced at BMD as well. Water at Singleton and Murrurundi.

4303 took tour back to BMD as 3801 had failed in loco with blocked injector problem and 3820 from there with 4605 assisting Gosford to Cowan. 4303 also did side trip to the Gap with 7321 on the rear assisting return back to the Creek. Read more in the RTM mag March 1973.

Gin had a speed limit (80 kph?) as found a few years ago when a similar trip was done so assume the trainz version has fixed that problem so runs at track speed. It is a simulator so we can make those assumptions.

All this started with a wonderful set of screenshots so thanks for that inspiration!!

Of course those water column locations no longer possible so gin is needed.

The mighty UGL C44 ACi

I see they fixed the fault where I could not post pictures but only links to them last night. Now of course working again. 7 different UGL C44 ACi units ready, they should be about now on the DLS:

9300 Class

AC ARG Class

6020 Class with QRN logo

Same

AC ARG Class again

ACB Class

9200 Class

6020 with Aurizon logo

The mighty 6000 Class

The one's I have created so far are the above shown units in the pictures, they are for TS12 3.5 onwards only, have scripting for driver changes, auto numbering with auto numbers placed on the units with correct numbers but which one can still override with the "?" icon in surveyor. These units are very detailed, like my late creations usually are.

As scripting is now somewhat different for these units for TS09/TS10 and for TS12, hence these uploads, as said, are for TS12 3.5 onwards only. I already have new scripting received for TS09/10 from my very able scripting guru Uwe Nagel (OpAmp, thank you, Uwe) and in due course, hopeful before Christmas, I can upload these versions for TS09/10 too. I am only using a generic build in cab for these UGL build C44 ACi units but feel free to use any other cab instead of which you are fond or familiar with. Read the enclosed "Read Me" file which will tell you more.

There will be more different units of the UGL C44ACi somewhat in the immediate near future, as well as dirty versions but now I need a break as I am worn out after creating the above.

Merry Xmas to all.

Ho Ho Ho Enjoy

I saw those Aurizon ones recently - Do you plan on some filthy ones as well? After a few weeks that yellow will turn browner than a dirty nappy

Mick.

Mick the wagons look great and would make a welcome addition to Trainz, hopefully you might be able to resume the project one day! :)

Anyway a few screens from me.

SAR Narrow Gauge Passenger Volume 1

Hello Everyone,

Just been working heavly working with rastis on the Commonwealth Railways Old Ghan Project creating rollingstock, and its a nice change from doing Queensland rollingstock. Now this gives me an chance to make some much needed SAR & CR Narrow Gauge content, in a lasting tribute to the late Jmorty which was his legacy to break ground in getting the much forgotten 3ft 6in scene some exposure. :D

Here is a progress screenshot of a SAR 3ft 6in Composite Lavatory - "Long Tom"
