Australian screenshots

Some great shots appearing the last few days. Makes me wish I could concentrate for a while, and get some work done on my own routes.

Inspiring stuff from all.

Matt.

Holla all

Beautiful shot Patchy and I love the lighting. I have to agree with Forest Runner on one thing. You are one of the most talanted route builders here. But Forest Runner, I don't see the problem with The vegetation on Patchy's screenshot. The only thing I reckon you should do patchy is put a bit of grass around the Rifle Creek sign.

Its just a bit 'billboardy', many creators prefer to use these rather than speed trees to keep frame-rates up, some like them better, but FR and I prefer the higher detail in the speed trees. :)

Solved my image re-sizing, btw. Just reverted to the older Photobucket where you could turn it off... turns out it has the same editing abilities as the new one :p

Cheers

Thanks H222 i already had them downloaded and forgot all about them, i must be getting old or something. Im forgetting everything these days.
Some great picture you guy are taking well done guys.

Wow Stevo those would have to be two of the most realistic pic's i've seen well done. Is all the stuff you have used in those is built in or what i'd love to know what you've used there ?.
Cheers Mick.:)

Thanks Mick :)
I believe all the textures are on the DLS or built in, the trees and shrubs are Pofig's, the grass around the track is Zec's Ultragrass, the vineyard spline is on the DLS, the dirt track is from USLW and the track is Zec's BG 60lb beta...

Hello all,

What can I say, been away for sometime due to real life taking time away from me due to an illness.

@stevo Hot damn mate, simply stunning
@ Patchy <See above>
@ Forest_Runner <Ditto>

And everyone else great stuff, its what makes the Aussie screenshot section the best place in Trainz!, always enjoy browsing the Aussie screenshot forums.

Anyways, I have a few basic shots, nothing special of my route which has become a monster and now having some time to throw back into it and get it out there.

Mattm might see some resemblance here in the shots, as I utilized one of his modular sections into my route (NSW Patterson Kuid:412138:1125), as it was exactly what I was looking for for this section (Thanks Matt for letting me add it into this insanity of a route).

With time now available for Trainz again I am hoping to get right back into my route and the finalization part of it (Correcting+adding missing signals etc - part I am not that good on and takes me a lot of time.)

So keep the great screenshots coming all :)

Cheers

Nice work Trent, Hate being a bit of a gimmie pig today with everyone asking where they got stuff but any chance you could tell me where you got that brick building in your last pic mate that looks like it's coming off the turntable. Keep up the great work on that Route too Trent looks like it's going to be one worth having.
Cheers Mick.

Trent,

I truly appreciate your stroking of my fragile ego, in recognizing the small contribution I made to your masterpiece in the making, however I think that you've earned the right to claim that small section as your own work. I love what's been done with it, and I'm in awe of your ability to bring life to what was an otherwise fairly bland route.

I have a few more blank templates, if you're interested :p

Matt.

G'day Matt, and thanks for your comments.

I might be interested as I have plans to extend this route for an additional update sometime later on. I enjoy creating the whole track route, but some templates are really handy and bring out some ideas that my small brain never think of. So definitely interested mate :)

Again?? I admire your dedication. As I've said previously, I have trouble getting even a small route finished to an acceptable standard, so your work, along with that of others like Axe1970, Dimi_108 & Patchy, is a constant source of inspiration, and pushes me to try and finish what I start.

Matt.

Please point me in the right direction, i am after a road about 3 metres wide where the traffic will only go in the one direction, i need this so i can finish the Sydney Harbour Bridge, i have been saying it's coming for to long and it is time to put it on the table for anyone interested.
With or without the road it will be ready by next weekend.
