Australian screenshots

Charlie,

Thanks for the link; had a quick look, and bookmarked it for further reading. Will come in handy for basic info, even if it isn't specifically Aussie (NSW) practice.

Might have two boxes, until someone objects.

Edit: or, i could find out how many boxes Temora had, as that is the basis for my yard! Duh!

3830, that loco looks good:D; is there a potential for release at some point?

Cheers,

Matt.

Charlie, you haven't been around here for a while!

I am wondering if you could release an updated version of your UTC VR/V/Line B's?? They don't work in TS12 and the B's have been a primary diesel in Victoria (And now some presence in NSW) for over 60 years.

Please??:hehe: :hehe:

:) :) :)

I handed the mesh over to the VicTrainz group some time ago, I know they were working on an A class.

Now that I have TS12, I'd like to have an updated version too, there's some fixes need doing in the mesh and its about time it had scripted marker lights etc.

Cheers

Hi Matt,

Nice WIP representation of Temora. I see it... well done.

Temora's main signal box is on the platform adjacent to the station building, with numerous independent lever frames scattered around the yard (as it used to be anyway!).

I'm in possession of full signal and interlocking diagrams - to scale if you're interested. PM me with your e-mail addy if you'd like me to send them over.

To avoid bogging down in chatfest... random shot of an older, and one of many incomplete :o , projects...

You're correct FR the signal box was on the southern end of the platform :p and I noticed on my last visit a couple of months ago that all the old loco rails and buildings (including the turntable) have been removed as well as a reduction in the number of sidings in the yard .

It's a shame really that a lot of the old features have been removed - nothing like it used to be when my dad was a fireman/trainee engineman there on the old steamers :(

Matt, nicely coming along mate.

Jamie, very nice shot.

Forest, as usual awesome stuff

A small one from me, nothing special. Just a little work tinkering in Patterson section of my route. (Haven't had much time this week to do much in Trainz)

Righto I'm finally getting back on track. I encountered 2 things. Computer problems and myself. I changed by parts in the computer and decided that a Reformat was needed. I kind of accidently reformatted my drive. Result was trainz going bye bye. Until I discovered on another drive a backup from 2010.
I lost some stuff but it wasn't as bad as first thought.
Anyway starting a new route:

622/722 at the end of the line.

@misterchugg, its a shame that ryan cant release his routes cause of reasons outside of trainz but it would be nice if it was

Hey all,

Some render shots of Fyansford 3ft6in Gauge track

3ft6in.jpg

This is a render view of trying to make the ballast seem cement dusty

3ft6in-1.jpg

This render view is when I darkened it up a little, as I've never seen a colour photo of the track I can only make a guess, I think it might be too bright still, any thoughts?

My thought is you are making the 3ft6in railway that served a cement works near drysdale or geelong. if so, just re-gauge G42. after all, its firebox is modelled from one of those locos when it was moved to menzies creek
