Australian screenshots

Today's a classic example

Last Night it poured
This Morning we had on-and-off showers
Early afternoon/Late Morning we had cloudy, crappy weather
Half an hour ago we had sun,
And at 3:30 it's overcast
And now, at 5:00 it's sunny!!

Still, got great tap water!

Hi Guys

Great screenshots and thanks for the comments! D9007_Pinza, I really like that suburban carriage that's in the pipeline. It's looking great!

A few screenshots from me.

Firstly, a few shots of the No. 72 Express Mixed departing from Sydney at 3:00 am, arrive at Wattle Creek at 5.00 am, arrive at Karrah Bay at 5:08 am, depart at 5:33 am and arrive at Wadalbvale at 6:01 am.

The train is made up of empty GLV vans, sitting cars and a IHG van. Normally hauled by a 32 class engine, it is most unusual for 3829 to make the descent into Karrah Bay.

The next is a random shot of an unidentified DEB railcar set working somewhere on the north coast.

Cheers and have a Merry Christmas!

Wow, couple of amazing batches of Cityrail screenshots there, well done guys!

Also of interest, someone attempted to break into my account last night, so if you see me posting a little strangly, please contact me via e-mail. I've changed my password, even though they were unsuccessful.

Me too.

Must be a bot or hackers....

I think a few people have had the same thing happen too.

Regards

Toolcrank... the working actually looks natural. Reminiscent of No 9 South - Sydney to Goulburn Paper Train of the 1960s. According to photographs and DVDs, a 38 was often rostered on the service.

Nice to see some unusual, but plausible, workings on show.

Some damn nice screenies all. Keep up the great work.

I'll chip in once I get the Program sorted out! Rakken frakken #$%^&@!!

Hi all.

Started yet another fictional work recently, this time based in New South Wales, in Sydney-ish sort of surroundings.

NSW1.jpg

48132 roars out of Talongabah with six Candy livery passenger cars in tow, while a 900 Class railcar set charges on towards the northern suburbs. Behind the camera is the abandoned loco shed and turntable from the steam era.

Expect more shots from this route as it progresses. Talongabah is the only station at present.

Happy Trainzing, and Merry Christmas to all!;)
Scott.

Hi All,

Some QR stuff (both Maroon and Blue) I am working on at the moment to keep me busy over the holidays.

Whising you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Cheers,

they are looking awesome, im just hoping i can get scottling & my Brisbane city train base section done soon

Small project of mine.

G'day!

Some shots from a project I'm working on!

Based on the North West line from Launceston to Ledgerwood in Tasmania, this is a small part of the line. These few baseboards are based on the line that runs through Lilydale. NOTE: This is not accurate. This was done by observing Google Earth.

Hi M

Hi all,

Some great shots from everyone.

Scottling & Rastis, I like what I see. Keep up the works, they're looking good so far.

They do pale somewhat (and no offence is intended) when posted so close to Tallmiketc's you-beaut shots. I love those! Give me more!!:udrool::mop::mop::mop::udrool:

......

Please?:D

Could I ask who the indicator boards and ticket machine were created by, and are they available somewhere? I am particularly interested in the indicator boards, as they look as if they are programmable to some degree.

Cheers,

Matt.

Tallmike is using Davido's un-released overheads

And check yourself

CityRail-07.cdp

EDIT: Can you change a route back build numbers??

Badly done and rushed, but was a test of trunda's trees

Jamie

Jamie, Just saw the above.

Unfortunately it appears not, even from 2010 to 2009. DL'd your route last night, and after changing the build number back to 3.1, attempted to load the route in surveyor. All I got was a computer that froze on the loading screen for the route.

Pity, as I did want to have a look at it.

Matt.

More action at Talongabah:)

NSW2.jpg

PacNat 8111, FreightCorp 42292, ARG 2212 on the head of a mixed freight, and 3813 leading an excursion train blast through Talongabah on the fast lines. Note the loco facility in the background.

NSW3.jpg

Later, the daily XPT from Brisbane thunders past a CityRail 620/720 Class set in its final leg towards Sydney.

Tomorrow I hope to have some lineside shots and steadily progress towards the stations either side of Talongabah.

Happy Trainzing,;)
Scott.

Electro, some very nice shots. I especially like the cars lined up on the side of the road. If it's not out of place, may ask where you found them? They would be just the thing for my Campbelltown-Camden route. Thanks heaps for the DEM, Patchy. I've been working on it for a bit now, alternating with the platform end car project. The project will now progress a bit slower due to me finding an apprenticeship with one of the local fabrication companies.
