Australian screenshots

Actually, the first member of the class was delivered in 1912 and the last in 1926.

Delivered, yes. Demonlord was referring to the dates they were built, whether this is recorded by time started or time completed is probably left relatively unknown. Either way the ballpark figure is there, thanks for filling in the blanks for me gentlemen.

Daniel, I couldn't help but notice spooney's Footbridge in this shot. I'm trying to get hold of it, however despite it being on the DLS the Content Manager doesn't find it, or recognise it's location. You wouldn't happen to know of a CDP download location, or able to assemble one for me?

Regards,
FSF.

FSF,

I just checked the DLS and all you do is type in "Footbridge" go to page six (provided you've ticked PreSP3 to TRS06) and they should be there.

Hope that helps,
Daniel

Excellent shots Daniel... the route is looking awesome.

Just an FYI close up of the SMR 10 Class since it generated some discussion ;) ... it's a great model and I'm particularly impressed with the exhaust sounds.

And no flyable one?? :hehe:

Does anyone know how high the Melbourne Overhead wires are??

Jamie

Normal or nominal height of the overhead is approximately 5 metres.

Above a Level Crossing the height is raised to 5.8 metres to allow for large vehicles.

Under a bridge the minimum height is 4.4 metres.

On the topic of the SMR 10 Class loco, does anyone else have the issue where the loco doesn't have a 'load' function (doesn't carry it's own coal and water) ?
i.e. It's a tank engine, and you can't refil the boiler with water or coal from the bunker.:hehe:
For now, I'll just keep dragging a tender behind it.:p
Thanks,
Mitch

Mitch, Just add coal and water queues to the config. Then your problem shall cease.

And another great shot from Forest, I'm now a Forest_Runner Screenie Junkie.

Daniel

Daniel, your shots are nothing like a junkie:hehe: You better release that route,

Stevy, I mean standard gauge,
Thanks Prommy

Jamie

Jamie, I've just gotten 06' back after a huge time, so I'll see what I can do. This line is from Metford to Lochinvar and is designed so you control trains coming up from the South on the 4 lines, the Main Northern, the Pelton Line (SMR), the North Coast plus the yards.

And I must tell you, driving it is awesome. It's really fun! haha

So, let us experience it for ourselves, then.:hehe:

But seriously, the route looks absolutely spectacular, mate. Well done, a million and one times over.

Matt.

It's a NSW scene from the early 1960's...

Ford, I tell ya... Nah, Holden mate... Ford, I tell ya... Nah, Holden mate... and to this very day, the debate lingers on...

Daniel,

Yeh, did that. That's what I meant buy the CM not knowing it's location. I added the pack to the download queue and it comes up saying it can't find the requested item on the DLS.

Don't often post at full size... Flinders under a cloudless sky...

Nearly done!... going to look to bring it to life with Neoklai's animated people.

FSF, the other way you could download them is by pressing, "download page" then "download via ftp" That works without CMP.

Hope that helps.

Forest, loving those great large shots. Your eye for detail is amazing. Can't wait for this route!

Awesome looking bridge... thanks Bill.

Awesome looking shots and project, Patchy. Love the tree selection on the river banks. Also like the border/frame colour of the shots... seems to give them another dimension.

Great stuff all round. :Y:
