Australian screenshots

Hi
I'm wondering if you can help me to find some australian content.
I'm looking for Any cityrail, countrylink, QR or connex MUs available :)
I will be using TS09

Thanks
Dan

Alby6 made some QR EMU units, Psycho_Aussie has made some XPT units (maybe not what you're looking for), and I believe, Davido (from Cardiff Workshops fame) made some Explorer sets and the 620 class railmotors. I do not know, if any of these will work correctly in TRS2009 WBE, as I haven't gotten that far with it personally.

With that, I'm hoping to scoot off and go film the AHRS Tour to Dirranbandi, which (I believe!) is to be hauled by vintage QR Heritage unit 1620, in original livery.

Burntruss, That looks like the Razorback Railway not the Wadabavle.

Also you might want to drop the size of your signiture ( even one the size of mine is just making it to legal size )

Def the Razorback Classic, on the Hunter line I believe :)

As for VicTrainz. Not sure. It seems the host has gone haywire again :(

If it's VicTrainz, your talkin with him ;)

When we're back online, I'll reset the password if you so wish, and email it to you.

Sorry Zec,

Yes please. But the email address on the database may be an old nz one that's now closed.
You should have my current "****@yahoo.com" one.
PM me if there's any problems. I'll stay online for awhile now anyway.

Thanks zec

QR EMU's These Days

Hi Alby6, great units. While on the subject of EMU's, are there any plans to upgrade them at all (black around the cab windows, yellow doors, cowcatchers) as the unrefurbished sets are getting pretty rare these days?

Well yes there should be some good features in the later releases once I get my head around the 09 features, but this will take some time but am looking at what I will be able to do.

Hi All.. A few more work in progress shots of my Connex_Cranbourne_Project.
I've been busy creating some custom backdrops...just to add more realism to the route... (as well as the satelite imagery tiles for object placement)
I'm very happy so far!
Enjoy!
AusRail.

The 12:14 Cranbourne service is just about to depart Merinda Park.

Seen crossing Thompsons Road, Merinda Park.

Climbing the grade towards the terminus at Cranbourne.

Whistling for the level crossing at Camms Road, Cranbourne.

The disused line beyond Cranbourne station. It was in the early 1990's that the last train traversed this section of the line.

well firstly I really admire how you blend the ground textures into the distance backdrops. Tell me, are those houses backdrops as well? Your use of scenery has a high degree of realism, well done

Brilliant stuff, Ausrail! Here's some unreleased stuff I did a couple of years ago for someone else - let me know if they are of any use to you:
