Australian screenshots

Hi Chris.

Welcome to Trainz .
You might just add your Registered Trainz Version, so we know what version you have !

Hi Norm,

Thanks for your welcome. Can I ask how do I add my Registered Trainz Version. I have Trainz 2012 and I can see that you have TANE - Col (?) but I don't know how to add that to my avatar.

Regards,

Chris

Hi Chris, Welcome to the forums.
If you are using the same login details here as you do for Trainz12, your registered versions should be visible. If your logins are the same, then you should contact the help desk to get it sorted out. A small minority of people on here wont believe you're not a pirate if you don't.
Cheers

Hi,

I'm pretty new to the Trainz world and I'm still feeling my way. I only have Trainz12 at this stage (hoping to upgrade soon) and was wondering if anyone can recommend some good Australian routes that I could access from the Download Station (preferably with some sessions as well). Loving some of these screenshots by the way, it's clear that there are some very dedicated trains fans here.

Regards,

Chris
On the download station tab in content manager, use the filters to search for AUTHOR, then search PGibbons, tracksupervisor, Axe1970, patchy, Tomtre and ntesdorf. You can then download any of their routes which take your fancy but keep in mind you have a maximum trainz version of 3.7
With upgrading to TANE, I would go for the deluxe version as it will give you greater compatibility with all TANE routes, some would have missing assets if you purchase standard TANE. It will also give 4 more routes to use and deluxe is a bargain compared to purchasing the deluxe routes separately later.
cheers

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Does anybody know if there has been an update or fix for Davidos NSWGR 800 TRAILER Cars or for 620 / 720.

Hi all,

It's been just over a year since iv'e post. Well I, guess it's new year. New route. Iv'e started building the Pinkenba Branch based in the late 1980s (Just after Eagle Farm Electrification). Unfortunately there is no DEM based map (to my knowledge) and, built it from scratch. For tracing the line, I am using Queensland Governments qimagery. Which is essentially archival Arial imagery. Shown is some works of Pinkenba & Meeandah. This is my 2017 project and, finish by late 2018.

Thanks Graeme will definitely look into those authors. By the way, love the screenshots that you have been posting, look forward to trying some of your routes (probably when I upgrade to TANE).

Welcome back Lachlan. I saw your images and wish you luck with your QR project. Are you building in 3ft 6in gauge track?

Also, to give you some ideas, you may like to download normp's route 'Brisbane South TRS 04' - Norm has created several great routes, so it's worth checking the DLS under his name.

Cheers,
Roy

Hi every one, I would really like to know if and where to get the PN stars 82 class if someone could tell me that would be great.

Now all you people that want the SSR fleet on trainz, some one is making it they will not be released to public you need to contact him more details soon.

The PacNat 82's can't, and shouldn't be released. Davido's EULA specifically prohibits reskins without his permission, and while he can't entirely control people editing it in private, we certainly, as a whole respect his wishes to not redistribute his work. Not to mention, Davido's 82s are not mapped to allow entire reskins. And, if the 82 you want are the ones I'm thinking of, the reskin is simply rubbish.

What SSR Fleet in trainz are you referring to? The T's and 49's have been done by ATD (only the T's can currently be released when finished), and the G's will be... Matt/Thebigman's RL's are released and so is Davido's 44 class...

It's 8 o'clock in the morning and the peace and quiet of Malmsbury is broken by the roar of X33 and two Ts with a loaded wheat train, whilst a passenger train has just groaned to a stand still on it's way north.

Nice screenshots Zec. Keep up the great work.

Graeme, just love those early morning or late afternoon shots. Looking forward to your completion date, mate.

I've now extended my route to Waverton which will incorporate the branch line to Lavender Bay yards. The North Shore portals have now been pushed past the Waverton tunnel.

When I look back from Waverton towards the SHB, I suddenly realised just how much detailing still needs to be done. Ah well, no rest for the wicked !!

Hello, just a quick question, i was planning on building a custom subway line in my route and you dont mind if you have nsw tunnel kits to go with it. i saw the previous pages on the trainz forum that theres a download link for those assets but they got expired and was too late to download. Not to mention the Sydney Harbour Bridge(steve123)was missing from these dependencies. 6 unknown dependencies they are: <kuid2:208722:90151:1> <kuid2:208722:22776:1>
<kuid2:208722:21984:1>
<kuid:60723:1275>
<kuid:60723:1271>
